Job Description

Claire Joster is hiring an INDIRECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER for an important multinantional company.

 

You will be responsible to act as the interface with the local stakeholders ensuring the delivery of both their service requirements and those of Procurement.

 

  

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • The person will be the main point of contact for the procurement in the organization.
  • The person will be the first point of contact for the stakeholders; externally  and internally                         
  • Work together with the stakeholders, provide his own feedback, support the choice involved in different sourcing projects.
  • The person will make sure that all the important terms and conditiosn are mentioned in the project, read it and make sure all the details are mentioned in the contract, therefore, they need to have basic knowledge of local legislation. The person is approving the draft of the contract.
  • The main contributions will be in supporting the marketing team in regards with events, instalation in point of sales, suport for tabaconists, therefore needs experience in similar áreas.

 

 

EXPERIENCE

 

  • At least 3 years in procurement, sourcing executive with potential educational backgroung in engineers or scientific diclpline
  • The main contributions will be in supporting the marketing team in regards with events, instalation in point of sales, suport for tabaconists, therefore, needs experience in similar areas
  • Experience in managing services, marketing services or material, indirect, not direct materials, not raw materials, not all the materials used for the product.
  • Good analitical skills, understand the figures, capability to analize, negociation skills, engage a manager and stakeholders internally

  • Proven negotiation skills and influencing skills: able to influence business partners and suppliers as well as the ability to be assertive if required to ensure compliance to contract.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite in particular of Excel and Power Point.
